Traditionally, collection agencies require a non-contingency fee, plus court costs in advance before any legal action is taken. Advanced Recovery Services offers a professionally managed legal alternative that yields higher recovery rates without the associated costs.

When our staff recommends pursuing legal action on an account, we offer the following options:

Option A - Client Pays Fees

We will not require a non-contingency fee or advanced court costs prior to a Complaint being filed with the Court. The Client will assume all court costs, attorney bills, and any miscellaneous fees associated with this collection. The Agency will be responsible for payment of these charges and will get reimbursed by the Client. The Agency will charge a nominal contingency fee on any monies collected by the law firm.

Option B - Agency Pays Fees

We offer what is unprecedented in the collection agency business. All suit requirements, court costs, legal fees, asset searches, bank garnishments, or any other miscellaneous out-of-pocket expenses will be paid by the Agency. The Client will never pay any fees or costs - EVER. You can put the legal system to work for your company at the expense of Advanced Recovery Services.

No matter what option you choose, as each step of the legal process unfolds, a status report is immediately sent to the Client until the case is resolved.
